About the ministry
A house of prayer that began in a basement
The Shiloh House of Prayer is an Apostolic prayer ministry from Newark, New Jersey. We do not have a congregation in a building. We gather on a conference call, the Gethsemane Prayer Line.
How it started
In 1998, Gerald Christian received a vision to use his basement for prayer meetings. Later he incorporated the prayer group as The Shiloh House of Prayer Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
I got a vision in 1998, to use my basement for prayer meetings, and I humbly incorporated the prayer group.

What we are
We are a spiritual uplift prayer ministry in our community, through prayer and fasting, for all people worshipping God Almighty. We are a healing power prayer ministry, and the Gethsemane Prayer Line is where we meet.
